Regardless of your circumstances, you can trust God to help you.

He proved that this is a true statement by sending His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, into the world to seek and to save that which was lost. You can read about this in John 3:16-18 and Luke 19:10

He further proved it by giving us His Word. Christians refer to God's Word as "The Bible".
God tells us about His Word in 2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:12, 2 Peter 2:21-22

In the Bible, God says,

"Call upon Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things." Jeremiah 33:3

As you call upon Him, He reveal Himself to you through the power of His Spirit.

Whenever you are Depressed, refer to Isaiah 43:1-3 and 2 Corinthians 1:3-5

If you feel Helpless, refer to Philippians 4:19 and 2 Corinthians 9:6-8
